APPETIZER MENU FOR GROUPS

Out Side Catering is allowed by guest (not professional catering companies) at the park pavilions and the Bald Rock Lodge.  Exclusive Catering Rights Reserved by Cheaha State Park inside Cheaha State Park.

  • Alcoholic Beverages cannot be served, sold or drunk at the pavilions.
  • All banquet and catering menu prices are subject to change.
  • White Table cloths are included in the prices.
  • Menu selection must be received no later than 14 days before arrival.
  • We serve for two (2) hours and charge for extra hours of service, these hours must be preapproved.
  • All menus/banquets must be prepaid before day of arrival.
  • All prices subject to 22% service charge and 6% sales tax 
  • Extra set up fee may apply to pavilion and/or Bald Rock Lodge.
  • All prices include serving utensils to serve items purchased from us; we do not supply printed napkins.

Beer and Wine Open Bar Service

  • Bartender fee:  $40.00 first hour & $40.00 per additional hour
  • Alcoholic Beverages Available: (Prices will be quoted upon booking)
    • Domestic Beer and  Imported Beer
    • Wine - Merlot, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Scarlet Red Muscadine, Southern Gold White Muscadine, Cabernet Sauvignon.
    • (Limited  amount available - Sparkling Muscadine Wine (Champagne) made in Alabama!)

  • Beer and Wine for the Cleburne Room must be purchased through the lodge. 
  • Alcoholic Beverages cannot be served, sold or drunk at the pavilions
  • Cheaha Lodge will accommodate other request if possible.
  • Ice Pool for Bottled Beer and Wine $175.00 With Flower arrangement $200.00 (soft drinks, beer, wine not included in price. Discount for items will be quoted with pool.)

Priced "Per Tray" or "Per Piece" items belong to the guest at the end of the two (2) hour service. We charge extra for extra hours of service.  We do not supply carry out containers. We charge extra for any items used from the restaurant.

    Server, White tablecloths on all tables, Shirted Food Tables; Punch in silver punch bowl, Vegetable Cascade, Cheese and Cracker Display, Fruit Cascade.

    We supply all items for food and beverage service.

PLEASE NOTE: 

For the above items priced "per person" - All left over food belongs to Cheaha Restaurant and will be taken away after the 2-hour service. (No “to go” items). 

We do not supply cake service however; we will skirt a table and supply a tablecloth for a cake table. (i.e. Bride or Anniversary)
