Cheaha State Park now has a naturalist who can provide programs for local schools,churches,Boy Scouts,Girl Scouts and anyone else who would like to talk about nature and the area surrounding Cheaha.The programs are done here in the park. Call 256-488-5115 or email our naturalist, Mandy Pearson, at cheaha.naturalist@dcnr.alabama.gov for more information about the nature programs and topics covered. A wide variety of topics can be discussed.

We also have the Walt Farr Indian Relic Museum located across from our country store open as well as the new historical CCC Museum located at the base of Bunker Tower ! Cheaha also has an event coordinator who offers various arts and crafts classes,does puppet shows and books tours of our two museums listed above. Please call our event coordinator, Mary Carracino, at 256-488-5115 or email her at cheaha.event@dcnr.alabama.gov if your group would like to book an arts and crafts class, a child's birthday puppet show or would like a guided tour of our new CCC Museum or our Walter Farr Indian Artifact Museum.
