Our Mountain-Top Chalets overlook the 69,000-acre Guntersville Reservoir

We have a total of 20 chalets that rest on the pinnacle of Taylor Mountain. Enjoy majestic views of the 69,000-acre Guntersville Reservoir. Relax on the wraparound porch with a cup of coffee and watch as deer graze near the edge of the woods within feet of your chalet. Explore the park on numerous hiking trails. Go birdwatching. Or just sit back, relax, and unwind while enjoying the quiet solitude of Lake Guntersville State Park.

There are 19 chalets that sleep 1-6 people. Two of these chalets are Dog Friendly units. Each of these chalets are furnished with a living room, cable TV, DVD player, full kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and one has two double beds. 

We also have two handicap accessible chalets which are equipped with one King and one Double bed or two Double beds.

Chalet Rates March-October:
$120 + tax per night Sunday - Thursday
$125 + tax per night Friday & Saturday
2 night minimum applies year-round
12% lodging tax and $1 surcharge apply nightly

Chalet Rates November- February:
$104.00 + tax per night Sunday - Thursday
$109.00 + tax per night Friday and Saturday

We have 1 Honeymoon Chalet that sleeps 2 people. It is features a living room with a sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a king bed, Jacuzzi-style tub inside, and Hot Tub on the deck. It also has a gas grill and a patio swing for your pleasure.

Honeymoon Chalet Rates Year-Round:
$170 + tax per night Sunday - Thursday
$175 + tax per night Friday & Saturday
2 night minimum applies year-round
12% lodging tax and $1 surcharge apply nightly

• Each additional guest: $10 per night
• Rollaway Beds or Baby Cribs: $10 per day
• All rates are subject to 12% lodging tax.

• No Pets allowed, with the exception of service animals, and dogs in our dog friendly units. A $15 per night fee will apply. Certain policies apply.
• Three (3) night minimum required for major holiday weekends. First night's stay, plus taxes, will be charged when reservation is made. Cancellation or reservation changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival for deposit refund, not applicable in group or convention reservations.
• Help us to better serve you by having the following ready upon your arrival: your method of payment, the make of your vehicle, and your tag number.
• Reservations accepted for type of accommodation only – not specific numbered units. 
• Handicapped accommodations are available.
• All charges are payable by cash or credit card (VISA, Master Card & American Express are accepted).

Discounts:
Hotels, Chalets and Cabins – A 15% discount is available for all senior citizens (62+) and 100% disabled persons or government personnel, during the months of November thru February.  This discount will be 10% Sunday thru Thursday nights from March thru October.

Discounts are not available in conjunction with group rates, special packages, or other discounts. Proof of age, 100% disability, or government employment is required.
