| The Riverview Hospitality Suite contains: One room with a small sink, one bath with a shower (no tub), and a large room with two sleeper sofas, various tables and chairs. This room has two adjoining Bluffside Standard rooms, each with two queen beds, chair and ottoman. The adjoining rooms are individually priced as Bluffside Standard Rooms. |

Four (4) of these six Queen Suites do not have an adjoining hotel room. Two of the suites do have an adjoining hotel room and are located on A-wing. The adjoining room is priced at the Bluffside Standard room rate.
All Queen Suites are set up as follows: As you enter the room, you are in a small foyer with a table and wall-mounted mirror. The room to the left is a large bedroom with two queen beds, chairs, and a desk. The room to the right is a living room with a sleeper sofa. A large bathroom connects these two rooms and it has both a bathtub with shower stall and a shower and a large double sink vanity space.

| The King Suites are a little smaller than the queen suites. They have a living room with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a king bed. The bedroom is all glass-front affording the guests a beautiful view of the 69,000- acre Guntersville Reservoir. |
