Please be aware we are renovating our camp store so the parking area is available for campers but you have to register at the white trailer across the road. We have signs posted but be aware of the changes we are making. The camp host is still available after hours from 5-9. Its the first trailer on the left once you walk thru the camp gate.

All prices are for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, an additional $2.00 per person is charged for occupants over the age of 6 that exceed the 4 person maximum occupancy. Monte Sano also permits one additional tent per site for children under 16 for a charge of $5.00. We do take reservations but for water and electric sites only. There are 15 back in  full hook up sites that are first come first serve and 59 back in  water and electric sites that can be reserved. We have 2 pull thru full hook ups and 2 pull thru water and electric sites. Then we have some primitive sites that are large enough for boy scouts.We have a total of 18 primitive sites that are first come first serve. We have a few double pad sites that are both water and electric and full hook ups if you are coming up with a group of campers.

There is a pavilion that is available for reserving. Call the office for availability.

We have 2 bath houses that are in the campground for use and a dump station that you can access for free if you are a camper and if you are just passing thru it is a small fee of $2.00.

We only reserve water and electric sites but if we have a full hook-up available when you arrive you can gladly take it. A minimum one night’s deposit is required for camping reservations due at the time you make the reservation. Guest may use a Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover for deposit.

Discounts:
Camping – All senior citizens (62+) and 100% disabled persons are eligible for a 15% discount November-February on camping fees with the exception of holiday weekends then during the months of Mar-October the senior discount is only available Sunday-Thursday. Proof of age and disability is required.

Discounts are not available in conjunction with group rates, special packages, or other discounts.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

• From I-565 take exit 17b Govenors Dr.
• Follow to top of mountain and turn left on Monte Sano Blvd.
• Go 2.5 miles and turn right on Nolen Ave.
• Follow it 1 mile until you arrive at the park.

PRIMITIVE CAMPGROUND

Primitive campground rates are $13.00 per night per 2 persons.March - October weekend rate $16.00. An additional $2.00 per person is charged for every person over the 2-person occupancy limit 6 years older and over. Any extra tents are charged full rate and must be approved by campground staff. No site can be occupied for more than 5 nights. We do have 2 bath houses that are in the campground area that are within walking distance.

If you are coming with a scout troop please call ahead and let us know how many people will be in your group.
