Reservations

• Reservations can be made by calling 205-620-2524 from 8a.m. until 4p.m. seven days a week.
• Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
• A 2 night stay is required for weekends (March through October) and a 3 night stay is required on major holiday weekends.
• For reservations, the 1st night's room and tax will be charged to a credit card. The remaining balance is run 72 hours in advance of your arrival. You must cancel before 72 hours of your arrival. If you don't cancel before that time frame, your deposit (1st night's room and tax) will be forfeited.

Hours for Cabin Reservations

• Cabin Reservations can be made from 8a.m. until 4p.m. seven days a week.
• Cabin check in is at 4p.m.
• Cabin check out is at 11a.m.
• If the Park Office has closed for the day, you will register at the Front Gate.

Amenities

Ten fully-equipped cabins are open year-round. All cabins are set up for light housekeeping with linens furnished. Each cabin has two bedrooms with 1- King bed and 2-Double beds (MAXIMUM CAPACITY 6), one bath, a kitchenette with utensils and cookware, central heat and air, porch, grill and picnic table. Disk Network and a flat screen TV is located in the living room of each caibin.

Boats, life preservers and paddles are provided for cabin guests for use in the lake.

Oak Mountains' cabin lake is a place of peace and tranquility, hence the name Lake Tranquility. This area is for cabin guests only. The 28-acre lake is nestled in the foothills of Double Oak Mountain and is often used by migrating waterfowl as well as native species of shoreline and wading birds. Our cabins are often used for family reunions utilizing the pavilion by the lake or the meeting room in the area.

All cabins are non smoking.

• We have two dog friendly cabins upon request. A additional fee of $15.00 is charged per pet per night.
• We have one handicap accessible cabin.
• Cell phone service is limited in the cabin area.
•  Outdoor fires are not allowed in the cabin area.

$112 per night plus lodging tax

Friday & Saturday:
$117 per night plus lodging tax

2 night stay required on weekends (March - October) and 3 night required on major holiday weekends


(November - February)
$87 per night plus lodging tax
 
14% Lodging Tax is added to all cabin reservations

Discounts:
Cabins – A 15% discount is available on Sunday - Thurday nights for all senior citizens (62+) and 100% disabled persons or government personnel. *Discounts do not apply to discounted nighty winter rate.

Discounts are not available in conjunction with group rates, special packages, or other discounts. Proof of age, 100% disability, or government employment is required.
