(Minimum of 25 persons) 

Entrees: Roasted Turkey, Fried Chicken, Baked Chicken, Roast Beef with Au Jus, Fried or Grilled Pork Chops, Seasoned grilled chicken, Chicken Alfredo, Grilled seasoned Fish, Fried Catfish, Vegetarian Pasta or Baked Southern Ham.

Potatoes and VegetablesChoose Three: Black-eyed Peas, Broccoli (choose to be served plain or with cheese), Butter Beans, Green Beans Almandine, Macaroni & Cheese, Potatoes Au Gratin, Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Sweet kernal Corn, Creamed Corn,  Vegetable Medley, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Turnip Greens and Collard Greens.

Salads: Choose Two: Caesar Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, House Salad with Ranch, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Triple Bean Salad and Pickled Beets.

Desserts: Choose One: Homemade Banana Pudding,Chocolate Cake, Fruit Cobbler, or Sweet Southern Pecan Pie


All buffets are served with Water, Tea, and rolls.
(Soft drinks may be added at an additional cost of $1.50 per drink.)
Additional side items may be purchased at a cost of $1.50 per side item per person.


• Alcoholic Beverages cannot be served, sold or drunk at the pavilions.
• We do not supply items to serve any items not prepared by our staff. You will need to serve and set up on separate table. 
• White Table cloths are included in the prices.
• Menu selection must be received and paid in full no later than 30 days before arrival. Contract has to be approved and returned before event is confirmed. 
• We serve for two (2) hours and charge for extra hours of service, these hours must be preapproved.
• All menus/banquets must be prepaid or we will not confirm the event. 
• All prices subject to 6% sales tax
• All prices include serving utensils to serve items purchased from us; we do not supply printed Napkins.
