Is there a "Burn-Ban" in place at Cheaha?
Occassionally, we will be placed under a burn-ban. This is rare, but you are always welcome to call ahead before you come to find out. Please contact our camp store at (256) 488-5111 or 1-800-610-5801.
Is Lake Chinnabee, Devil's Den or the Kentuck ORV Trail part of Cheaha Resort State Park?No. Areas like Lake Chinnabee, Devil's Den, Kentuck ORV and High Falls are owned by the U.S. Forest Service and operated by the Talladega National Forest.

Can Weddings be held at campsites, cabins, chalets or on trails? No. Our goal is to serve all guest and to provide an area for each guest to enjoy. Group functions are restricted to reserved area's.
Is there a charge to visit the Park for the day? Yes, we depend on this revenue to help provide clean trails, bathrooms, cut grass, trash pick up services and other much needed services to ensure your visit is a wonderful one.
Day Use Fees:
Everyday: $2 for age 6 - Adults
Senior Citizens 62 years of age and older: $1
