Choose one: Caesar Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Greek Salad, or House Salad.

Desserts

Choose One: Banana Pudding, Bourbon Pecan Pie, Bread Pudding, Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake, Key Lime Pie.

All buffets are served with coffee or tea, rolls and butter. Minimum of 30 people for buffets.

("Choose One Entree" explanation: You may choose 1 to 3 entrees, other than the items marked with an *, for the $17.95 pricing. Between the entrees you have selected, enough product will be prepared to feed the number of people attending your event. For instance, if you have 150 people and choose 2 entrees, an equal portion of the two meats will be prepared to feed 150. We will not prepare 150 pieces of each meat. If you run out of a particular meat and you request more, an additional fee will be charged to your account and a substitution may be prepared, with your approval, so the entree can be served in a timely manner.)
