Suggested Group Itineraries

Nestled along the shoreline of the 69,000-acre Guntersville Reservoir, flanked by stands of Southern Pines and hardwoods, rests a 321-site Campground, hiking trails, and a bounty of wildlife to observe including many species of birds such as the Kingfisher, Herons, and the American Bald Eagle. Perched high above the reservoir is the grand lady, the Guntersville State Park Lodge. After completion of a $25 Million renovation, the lodge has re-opened offering premiere convention facilities, fine dining, 99 hotel rooms & 13 spacious suites, 35 cottages and chalets, gorgeous views, and much more for visitors to this park located in the lower foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. An 18-hole championship golf course, boat and pontoon rentals top off the fun and excitement to be had at this paradise of nature. Sit back, relax, and unwind at beautiful Lake Guntersville State Park.

We welcome groups of all sizes and offer programs and activities that delight and entertain people of all ages. Use these suggestive itineraries to put together a vacation you won't soon forget or call our Sales Manager and let us design an itinerary to suit the needs of your group.
