First Annual Tashka Adventure Race
Saturday, March 10th, 2012.
Trails will be closed to regular park guest all day from 7AM-Sunset.
Boating will be closed to regular park guest from 7AM til 1PM or race finish.
Race start is 9:30am sharp.
This “sprint style” adventure race will be a two person team event (Male, Co-Ed, or Female) that requires each team to do a 6 mile canoe paddle(NO KAYAKS), 3 mile trail run, and a 12 mountain bike ride. You can bring your own canoe. Each team member must stay together. In addition to these activities the teams will be required to do special challenges during the race. Special challenges will be revealed immediately before the race starts. Everyone must pay $3.00 entrance fee to enter the park.
