Rules and Regulations:
Lakepoint does not allow any outside food or drink except for the Wedding cake and Groom's cake. All food and beverages must be provided by our catering service only. No exceptions!!
Lakepoint does not provide decorations or chair covers. You may bring in your decorations as long as they are free standing.
You may arrive to decorate your venue that morning, but your venue may not be ready, but give them room when they come in to set up. You may not hang, tape, nail or staple anything to walls, doors or ceilings. You will be responsible for any damage that is caused.
You may use candles as long as they are inside globes, or votives, and as long as the flame is not an open flame or higher than the glass that it is in.
Any rented items have to be picked up the day of the event, unless plans are made with the sales office in advance.
Any and all decorations have to be removed directly after the event.
Lakepoint set up includes linens, tables, chairs, place settings wait staff and clean up.
Rehearsal the night before is allowed only if the venue is not booked. If you want to make sure you are allowed to rehearse the night before, you will have to book the venue otherwise we can't guarantee it.
We take reservations 1 year in advance and a deposit of $100.00 per venue is due upon signing of the contract to hold your venue. All Weddings must be paid in full before the date of the wedding. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will get their deposit back in full.
