About the Museum

The Walter Farr Native American Relic Museum contains a collection of hundreds of artifacts including arrowheads, knives, drills, bird points, pottery, and much more. This museum is currently located outside the park pay gate across from the Cheaha State Park Country Store. 

Museum Hours (March 1st- November 30th)

Friday: 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. 

Saturday: 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. 

Sunday: 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. 

Closed December 1st-Feb 28th

Volunteers

Cheaha State Park is looking for volunteers to help staff the museums. Contact us for more information about opportunities to volunteer. We also welcome donations and loans for display at the museum.
