Bowdrill Class with seven pines survival

Bowdrill Class

DeSoto State Park-Fort Payne, Alabama
Survivalist Robert Wilson of Seven Pines Survival will teach participants about the Bowdrill, which is an ancient tool for making fire. The bow rotates the drill, and the friction produces enough heat to start a fire. Everything you will need to make your very first Bowdrill set will be provided, including all the information you need to succeed. Don't be fooled, this class takes patience, persistence, and the eagerness to learn. Not only will you learn how to make a Bowdrill, but knife safety and how to properly use a knife as well. This class starts at 9 and ends when you succeed!
