Alabama is home to 3,100 native plants and 28 species that can only be found in our state! From vibrant blossoms to towering giants, to animal-eating pitcher plants, and everything in between, plants are truly fascinating. Curtis Hansen has collected, identified, and documented the rich, diverse world of plants throughout Alabama. Join the Curator of the John D.
