Rates and Discounts
Alabama State Parks offers a 15% daily discount on overnight accommodations managed and operated by the State Park System for the following:
- Senior citizens age 62 and older
- Veterans and active military personnel
- People with disabilities, as defined by the ADA
- State of Alabama employees*
Identification is required at check-in for all reservations. Discounts are based on the reservation system’s day rate for the amenity selected and are not available in conjunction with other group rates, employee pricing, special packages, weekly or monthly rates, or discounts.
*State Employees on Business Travel - Alabama State Parks also offers a special rate for State of Alabama employees on business travel (Sunday – Thursday, Standard Lodge Room only). Please call 1-800-Ala-Park to make reservations utilizing this $50 rate. State ID required at check-in. This cannot be used at Gulf State Park Lodge, or in conjunction with other group rates, special packages, weekly or monthly rates, or discounts.
