Tiny Cabins
Roland Cooper State Park has 3 furnished two-bedroom big cabins, 6 furnished two-bedroom tiny cabins, 1 one-bedroom, ADA-compliant, furnished tiny cabin, and 2 studio primitive cabins. See below for more information on specific cabin types. Cabins include a stove, refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, bed linens and bath towels, central heat/air, and a fire pit.
We are excited to offer seven "tiny home" cabins with different floor plans. The cabins are a great choice for our overnight guests. The 400+ square foot cabins sleep 4-6 people. More information on floor plans below. Please see the reservations page for more information on rates.
Floor plans for Tiny Cabins
Five of the cabins have two bedrooms and sleep six people. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. The other bedroom has two sets of bunks and sleeps four people. Two of these cabins have screened-in porches. One of the units has a river view from the deck.
One Cabin has two bedrooms and sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has one set of bunk beds. The cabin has an easily accessible shower to step right into and a screened-in porch.
One of the cabins is fully ADA compliant. It has one bedroom that sleeps 4 people, with two queen beds, and a wheelchair-friendly bathroom and shower. All of the doorways are wide enough for wheelchair mobility. This cabin also has a wheelchair ramp to the main entrance.
All of the cabins have a full kitchen with a gas range, microwave oven, coffee maker, and fridge with an ice maker. No more running out of ice while camping!
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Each unit has a dinette area, and all units have central heat and AC.
The exterior of the "tiny home" cabins is made of composite material and has a metal roof. There is a deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
No Smoking is allowed in the cabins.
We welcome well-behaved pets in all cabins for a pet fee (maximum of 2 pets per cabin).
Boat launch use is free with over-night reservation in the park.
Quiet Hours Are From 10:00 pm Until 6:00 am
- Only 6 people allowed per cabin.
- 2 vehicles per cabin (extra vehicles must buy a pass and park in designated areas).
- Two-night minimum rental on cabins on weekends. *Exceptions based on availability, call the park office to inquire.
- Three-night minimum rental on cabins on holiday weekends. *Exceptions based on availability, call the park office to inquire.
- No Smoking allowed in cabins.
- Check-in Time: 2 p.m.
- Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
PETS (OWNERS MUST PICK UP AFTER PETS AND HAVE THEM LEASHED AT ALL TIMES)

Pet fee per pet each stay.

Dogs are permitted in designated day-use areas and in dog-friendly facilities, provided they are on a leash and attended at all times (dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin unless in a pet carrier or crated). Dogs are not allowed in any other building.

Guests must have a current credit card on file to serve as a deposit for any damages; guests will be notified if any occur.

Park management reserves the right to prohibit any pets on the premises. Any pet that is intimidating, destructive, dangerous, or noisy will not be allowed to remain in the park. If the dog owner is evicted, they will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and are responsible for their actions.

Dogs must be current with all vaccinations and have tags or documentation.

Dog owners are responsible for any and all damages. Extra charges for damage or full cleaning may apply.

Maintenance or staff might not enter the cabin unless the dog is leashed or confined.
