Environmental Education Excursions: A Journey of Tree Discovery
Experience this monthly series of nature programs designed to immerse you in the beauty of the outdoors! These offerings provide adults with the opportunity to relish a taste of "camp life," featuring activities like tree identification, birdwatching, tracking scat and prints, fossil exploration, and refining your nature journaling skills. Don't miss out on the chance to reconnect with nature and foster a deeper appreciation for the world around us!
Join DSP Assistant Interpretive Naturalist, Mirandi Watson on an enriching exploration of trees and nature's wonders! Dive into the art of tree identification through leaf pressing, leaf rubbings, and essential tree identification tools and tips.
Don't forget to bring along your journal and colored pencils to enhance your experience.
While tailored for adults, this program warmly welcomes children to join in and learn alongside you.
