Our OMDs are here to support your mobility needs and help make your experience safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all. Advance reservations are highly encouraged to ensure your OMD of choice is available, fully charged, and ready for your visit.
What to Expect
On the day of your reservation, a park staff member will meet you at a designated location to get you started. They will:
- Review the basic safety information and the guide to using the device.
- Answer any questions you may have.
- We ask that you sign the required Participant Agreement and General Waiver.
Complete OMD training is not offered on-site, as staff can only provide basic guidance. Please view the device-specific instructional video before your visit to support your safety and comfort.
