Boat Rentals

Boat rentals are available seven (7) days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Guests can rent canoes at the beach access area and speak with a representative. Guests can also rent pedal boats, canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs). Rentals can be made at the park office. Life vests and paddles are provided. We have vests/paddles for kids and adults of all sizes.

Rates

Pedal Boat (4 person) or Canoe (2 person) = $25 per hour or $65 for 3 hours

Kayaks (1 person) or stand-up paddle board (1 person) = $15 per hour or $35 for 3 hours

 

Other charges

  • Lost paddles - $35
  • Lost life vest - $35
  • Retrieval of capsized boat - $150

 

Rental Requirements

  1. Participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a vessel unless accompanied on the water by someone over 19 years old
  2. All participants must complete a waiver. All participants under 19 years old must have their waivers signed by their parent/legal guardian. All participants under 16 years old must wear approved vests at all times
  3. All vessels are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are offered, and there is no waitlist.
  4. Rentals are NOT allowed to be near/on the Dam or taken across the yellow boundary buoy located by the beach. Rentals are not allowed in designated swimming areas.
  5. There is no lifeguard on duty, and all renters and associated parties rent and participate at their own risk.
