To accommodate our seasonal guests, we offer a dedicated Winter Monthly Camping Program at a special seasonal rate.
Monthly Rate: $1,475.00/month (excluding taxes and fees)
How the Application Process Works:
Because demand for our winter spots is exceptionally high, sites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis using a strict summer application window.
- Submit Your Application: The online Winter Monthly Camping Form is open until July 22.
- Reservation Review: Our team processes applications in the order received. All applicants are notified of their reservation status by July 31.
- Confirm & Deposit: Once approved, Gulf State Park reservation staff will contact you directly to confirm your assigned site number, lock in your dates, and collect payment for your final month's stay.
- On-Site Perks: Upon arrival, you will receive a park pass to display in your windshield, granting you seamless entry and access to all amenities across the RV Resort and main campground
