Join the Park Naturalist on horseback to learn about the rich history of Buck's Pocket! This will be a 3-hour trail ride over moderate terrain with some rocky and/or steep areas. We will be starting the program promptly at 1:00 PM. Please arrive with enough time to present your coggins, sign our liability waiver, unload, and tack by 1:00 PM.
Horses will NOT be provided. All attendees 18 years old and younger are encouraged to wear a helmet.
Physical copy of negative coggins for each horse on-site will be required to be presented BEFORE unloading.
In case of severe weather, this program will be rescheduled to October 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
