Explore the cosmos with us as we learn all about space at Chewacla!
Blast off into an exciting, hands-on Chewacla Nature School lesson! We’ll uncover the wonders of space through hands-on science experiments and investigate the world of astronomy while participating in immersive activities. During this lesson we’ll create a comet replica, build edible marshmallow constellations, explore gravity and black holes with experiments, and design shooting stars using chalk pastels to take home. This program will be at our Nature Center Outdoor Classroom, located next to our playground in the second parking lot loop, and will last until 11:30.
$5 program & supply fee per child and all adults will need to pay admission fees for themselves and their children on the way in.
All adults must be accompanied by a child.
