Boating
Roland Cooper State Park offers a large boat ramp with ample parking, kayak rentals, and a floating dock on the Alabama River.
Water activities allowed are:
- Skiing
- Tubing
- Swimming (There are No Designated Swimming areas in our park)
It's recommended that these water sports be done in the river's main channel.
- There is no charge to use the boat ramps as a registered guest.
- If you are not a registered guest, please access our Boat Ramp in our day-use area. There is a $5.00 launch fee.
