Swimming and Day-Use Area
Wind Creek State Park offers the perfect setting for family recreation and relaxation. Activities include: fishing, picnicking, hiking, and relaxing beneath the whispering pines. Our beach area has two volleyball nets and several picnic tables with awnings. Picnic tables and grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This area is situated in a big inlet, which keeps it well away from fast boat traffic.
Adults ages 12 to 61- $5.00 per person
Kids 4 to 11- $2.00 per person
Senior 62 and older- $2.00 per person
Boat Launch- $5.00
Climb to the top of the silo for a magnificent view of the lake.
(The silo is located near Pavilions 1 and 2.)
Wind Creek offers three picnic pavilions in its day-use area. The pavilions can accommodate approximately 60-80 guests. Pavilions 1 and 2 are located in the south picnic area near the silo. Pavilion 3 is located in the north picnic area of the park. All pavilions are located near the lake. The rental fee varies and is charged per day. A $5 transaction fee will apply, as well as an individual day use fee per person.
