Guided Paddle in the Delta
Meaher State Park is happy to announce we will now be offering group guided kayaking paddles through the Delta! These will be scheduled periodically and led by our Naturalist, Chloe! These events are first come first serve. To participate, you MUST complete the linked form.

Price is $15 per person. An additional $15 charge will be added if you need to rent a park kayak (13.5 ft tandem kayaks that can seat 1 or 2 paddlers. Life jacket and paddles included). At least a $5 deposit must be made to secure your spot. Payments can be made with cash or card.
This event is first come first serve and capped at 10 participants. Please email chloe.drexel@dcnr.alabama.gov if you have any trouble or further questions.
Please arrive at the park 30 minutes before the start time. Boats will be leaving at 9 am sharp!
*What to bring: Water, snacks, weather appropriate clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
*Be weather aware!* Given unfavorable conditions, the make up paddle date is set for Sunday the 14th.
