LARGE BEACH PAVILION  

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Six (6) tables 
  • Cost to reserve is $200 and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

SMALL BEACH PAVILION  

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Two (2) tables 
  • Cost to reserve is $80 and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

PAVILION 2

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Seven (7) tables 
  • Cost to reserve is $160 and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

MAPLE PAVILION  

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Four (4) tables 
  • Cost to reserve is $80 and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

ELM PAVILION  

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Four (4) tables 
  • Cost to reserve is $80 and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

BANQUET ROOM    

 The rental time frame is from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.

  •  Three (3) eight-foot tables, three (3) six-foot folding tables, and 40 chairs
  • Cost to reserve is $180 plus a $25 cleaning fee and the reservation fee per day, paid at time of reservation 

 

Day-use fees apply to all guests in addition to the rental fee*

  •  Adults 12 years old and up.                 $ 5.00

  •  Children 4 –11 years old.                     $ 2.00

  •  Senior Citizens 62 yrs and over           $ 2.00

  •  Children 3 years old and younger       No Charge

*Special arrangements may be made to pay the day-use fee in one installment with the approval of park management. This arrangement is only allowed for large groups, and each person must present a ticket (provided by the renter) to the gate attendant when entering the park. Management must approve tickets.

Additional Information 

  • Park personnel are not responsible for putting up tables and chairs
  • There are park benches and some tables with seating outside on the covered porch
  • Group grill and two (2) picnic tables located outside
  • Air-conditioned and heated facility
  • Electrical wall outlets are located around the room
  • No kitchen facilities
  • Restrooms are located next door
  • Outside water spigot at the back of the building
  • Garbage cans are provided with extra liners
  • Renter is responsible for stacking tables and chairs, bagging all garbage, and leaving the room in a clean condition
  • Amplified musical equipment and sound systems are not allowed unless approved by park management
  • Caterers are allowed in the park, to include "Moon Walks" and similar items, with approval by park management
  • Refunds are not given on Pavilion/Banquet Room rentals; however, you may change the date.  To change the date, please call to cancel your reservation prior to the original date and reschedule for an alternative date, if available, within the same calendar year.
