Join us at Joe Wheeler State Park as we welcome the Rise Raptor Project! Meet Blue (American Kestrel), Sassy (Red-Tailed Hawk), and Maximus (Eurasian Eagle Owl) as you learn all about birds of prey during this program.
Rise Raptor Project is dedicated to providing more. While you will learn facts about raptors in our programs, we seek to instill not only knowledge but an understanding of the environment and the animals that live here with us. Also, how our culture, history and our scientific understanding contribute to our ability to serve as good stewards of this world we call home.
