The Town Creek Fishing Center is lakeside, near the mouth of Town Creek, on Alabama Highway 227. Ethanol-free gas is available at the dock of the store, and is accessible by water. The Fishing Center has an assortment of artificial and live fishing baits, fishing license, drinks, snacks, ice, and camping supplies available for purchase. Among the great deals are the many boats that are available for rent. Flat bottom boats, canoes, pontoons, and bass boats are offered with several different options to choose from. Reservations are not accepted for camping at Town Creek; primitive and boondock camping is available on a first come, first served basis. Campers must register at Town Creek Fishing Center during business hours or at the Campground Store in the park.
We will be open for boat rentals all winter long. However, the store will operate with limited hours. Boat rentals can be made by calling 256-582-8358 or emailing GuntersvilleStPkTownCreek.Campground@dcnr.alabama.gov.
