Bald Rock Group Lodge
Bald Rock Group Lodge | Alapark
Bald Rock Group Lodge was the original historic park hotel and restaurant. Now, this lodge provides 12 bedrooms for up to 32 overnight guests, a full-service kitchen for catering, a small conference room with seating for 12, and a large conference/banquet hall with seating for 100 persons. Includes a rock patio and a small pavilion-type grilling area.
A $5 non-refundable transaction fee will be added at check-in. This is a one-time fee for this facility.
Day use fee is not included in the group lodge rental fee except for overnight guests.

VISTA CLIFFSIDE EVENTS CENTER:
(Unavailable beginning August, 2024 due to new construction)
The ENTIRE facility formerly known as Vista Cliffside Restaurant including the Cliffside Dining Room, Cleburne Room, and/or Vista Cliffside Deck is available for private group rentals for weddings, reunions, meetings, or parties.
Day use fee is not included in the events center rental fee.

Cleburne Room
(Unavailable beginning August, 2024 due to new construction)
With a stunning view from the floor to ceiling window, this small meeting room is the perfect location for a reception, social, or business meeting (25 people maximum capacity). Available seven days per week from 8 am – 8 pm.
Day-use fee is not included in the Cleburne Room rental fee.

Al Alexander Activities Building
This chapel-like facility is the perfect place for a small gathering, meeting, or wedding. Pew seating for approximately 30 guests. Private restrooms.
Day-use fee is not included in the Al Alexander Activities Building rental fee.

Picnic Pavilions
Cheaha State Park offers four beautiful pavilions for day use rentals. Great for birthday parties, small weddings, family reunions, and more!
Pavilions rent from 8 am- Sunset. Wood pavilions are $72/day, and Stone pavilions are $120/day, prices do not include taxes and fees. Reservations can be made by emailing Sarah.Gilbert@DCNR.Alabama.gov or by calling 256-750-2184.
The full amount is due when making your reservation. Park admission is not included and can be prepaid.

Usage Policies:
- Reservation is from 8am - Sunset.
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.
- Maximum occupancy per pavilion is 50 guests.
- Pavilion rentals are nonrefundable.
- Please do not tape, tack, staple, or nail anything to pavilions. You can use zip ties and string.
- Please do not use glitter, chalk, or confetti, as this will result in an hourly cleaning fee.
- No open flames allowed except in designated areas.
- Helium balloons are not permitted.
Day use fee is not included in a pavilion rental fee.
