The Civilian Conservation Corps was an origination of young men committed to conservation across the nation. Parks were built, roads were cut, fires were put out and a nation was shaped through their hard work. We will highlight Cheaha’s African American CCC Company 465 in honor of African American History Month. Learn about the history of Cheaha State Park, the CCC, and so much more on this accessible boardwalk hike.
