Picnic Pavilions
PICNIC PAVILIONS
Cheaha State Park offers four beautiful pavilions for day use rentals. Great for birthday parties, small weddings, family reunions, and more!
Pavilions rent from 8 am- Sunset. Wood pavilions are $72/day, and Stone pavilions are $120/day, prices do not include taxes and fees. Reservations can be made by emailing Sarah.Gilbert@DCNR.Alabama.gov or by calling 256-750-2184.
The full amount is due when making your reservation. Park admission is not included and can be prepaid.
REDBUD PAVILION (Stone):
- Located at the top of the mountain near Bunker Tower and the Imagination Tree Playground.

LAUREL PAVILION (Stone):
- Located at Cheaha Lake (adjacent to group camps)

AZALEA PAVILION (Wood):
- Located at Cheaha Lake (adjacent to Lake Lagoon Playground)

Pavilion rentals are from 8:00 a.m. - Sundown.
Some things to note for pavilion rentals:
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.
- Maximum occupancy for the pavilions is 50 guests.
- Pavilion rentals are nonrefundable.
- Please do not tape, tack, staple, nail anything to the pavilions. You can use zip ties and string of any kind.
- Please do not use glitter, chalk, or confetti, as this will result in a cleaning fee.
- No open flames allowed except in designated areas.
- Helium balloons are not permitted.
